BREGL exists because buying property in Greece is harder than it should be, and the help available is usually narrower than the problem. Estate agents introduce a property and step back. Lawyers handle the contract and step back. Builders quote the build and step back. Nobody owns the file. We do.
We operate across Greece through a vetted partner network: lawyers, notaries, architects, builders, designers and property managers, each chosen for the region they serve.

We launched in the most rewarding corner of Greece, and we know it the way you can only know a place by working in it. Argolis, Messinia, Mani, Laconia, Arcadia, Corinthia, Troizinia-Methana, and the Saronic Islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.
These eight regions cover almost every kind of Greek property worth owning. Historic harbour towns. Olive-grove villas. Mountain villages with cooler summers. Restored stone towers in the Mani. Pine-forested island estates. Affordable land for someone building their first place, and prestige addresses on Hydra for someone building their last.
We do not list properties in Mykonos or Santorini. We will, in time, expand into Crete, the Ionian and the north. For now, we have chosen depth over breadth, on purpose. Clients who buy in Greece for the first time are far better served by a specialist who has walked their region than by a generalist who covers everything.

A single advisor stays with you from first call to final key, and beyond if you keep us on for the build, the furnishing or the year-round management. The advisor coordinates everything: the search, the legal structure, the tax planning, the Golden Visa application if it applies, the planning permission if you are building, the contractor tender, the snagging, the utilities, the rental setup. You do not chase anyone. We chase everyone.
Our approach is not transactional. We turn down properties we do not believe in, and we turn down clients whose brief we cannot deliver well. Every file gets the attention a serious purchase deserves, and we structure the practice to make that possible.

We work for private buyers, family offices and the advisors who act on their behalf. Listings shared in private channels are not published. Communications are handled by a named advisor. Where a transaction calls for it, we sign before we share. Discretion is not a service tier at BREGL. It is the default.
