The right buyers, found quietly.

BREGL works with a curated set of properties across the Peloponnese and the Saronic Coast, shown to a vetted, international audience. If you want to sell property in Greece, this is how we look at it.

We work with different kinds of seller. Greek owners who would rather sell to a serious international buyer than open their property to every passing search. Retail sellers looking to give their properties more exposure in front of the right audience. And international owners, often UK-based, who bought a home in Greece some years ago and are now ready to pass it on, and want the sale handled in English from start to finish.

Both work the same way through BREGL. One process, one named advisor, one accountable channel from listing to completion.

What we look for

A curated rather than catalogued approach. Your property is shown to a qualified audience of international buyers, advisors and family offices, not to every visitor on the internet. Where appropriate, the property remains off-market and is shared privately with matched buyers. Listing copy, photography brief and presentation handled to a consistent BREGL standard. Pricing positioned realistically, with an honest comparison against recent transactions in the region. Buyer qualification before any viewing, in person or remote. Legal coordination with our partner lawyers and notaries through to completion. All communications in English, and in Greek where required.

The exact figure is highlighted in our terms and conditions. There are no upfront listing fees. Discretion is not a service tier at BREGL. It is the default.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We accept properties that match our territory and our standards. If a property is not the right fit for BREGL, we will say so directly and, where we can, point you to a more appropriate channel.

Yes, in most cases. Greek property is often listed across multiple agents simultaneously. We are clear about how we work, and we are equally happy with exclusive arrangements where they suit the property.

For certain properties, we recommend listing in the BREGL off-market network only, where the property is shared privately with matched buyers rather than published on the open site. This is particularly suited to higher-value properties, prestige addresses and sensitive sales.

No. Many of our seller clients live outside Greece. The sale is run remotely, with us coordinating viewings, legal work and completion on the ground.

Greek property sales typically conclude in four to nine months from listing to notary, depending on price, region and condition. Some properties move faster. Some take longer. We will give you a realistic expectation at the visit stage.

We coordinate the legal work with our partner lawyers and notaries, on behalf of the buyer and, where
required, on behalf of the seller. Sellers may also use their own legal representative.

We can usually still work with it, but it depends on the nature of the issue. Some can be resolved before listing. Others need to be disclosed clearly to buyers. We will tell you what we think is workable after the visit.

A property is worth listing once, properly.

A short conversation tells us whether your property is right for BREGL, and tells you whether we are the right channel for the sale. No cost, no obligation.
