The first capital, and still the most civilised.
Nafplio, Epidaurus, Porto Heli. A coastline two hours from Athens that has been quietly chosen by Greeks of taste for generations. We cover the gulf and the inland.
Nafplio was Greece's first modern capital and remains its most beautiful small town. Venetian fortresses, neoclassical mansions, cobbled streets that descend toward a calm gulf. East along the coast, Porto Heli has been the discreet summer address of Athenian families for half a century. Epidaurus draws the festival crowd in July and August. The water is calm, the sailing is short, and Hydra and Spetses are a ferry ride away.
This is the most accessible part of our territory. It is also the most established.
Buyer Profile
Buyers who want culture as well as coast.
Couples and families who want a town to walk in, a gulf to swim in, and an airport within reach. Cultural buyers who plan summers around Epidaurus. Investors who recognise that Nafplio rents through nine months of the year, not three.
The brief
Old stone in town. Sea views out of it.
Neoclassical townhouses inside Nafplio's old town, where supply is tight and demand is reliable. Seafront villas and plots along the Drepano coast and the road to Tolo. Discreet houses on the Porto Heli peninsula. Vineyards and farmsteads in the inland villages, for clients who want a working property as well as a home.
A region that does not need explaining.
If you already know Nafplio, you know why this region rewards a serious buyer. If you do not, a short call will tell you more than a season of visits.
