The most underpriced corner of Greece
Monemvasia, Mystras, Gytheio. A region that tourists are starting to discover and that property buyers, mostly, have not. We work the coast and the inland.
Laconia is the Greece of the books. Ancient Sparta. Byzantine Mystras. The medieval rock-fortress of Monemvasia, sometimes called the Gibraltar of Greece, where international tourism has finally begun to arrive in serious numbers but where property prices have not yet caught up. The interior is empty in the best sense, and the coast is varied: harbours, lagoons, the turquoise water around Elafonissos.
This is the value story in our territory. It will not stay one forever.
Buyer profile
Value buyers. Authenticity buyers. Early movers.
Buyers who have looked at Mani prices and stepped one region east. Relocation clients who want real Greek life rather than expat enclave. Investors with a five to ten year horizon who recognise that Monemvasia tourism is climbing while Monemvasia property has not.
The brief
Properties inside the castle, plots outside it.
Houses within the Monemvasia castle town, where supply is tightly limited and prestige is high. Coastal plots between Monemvasia and Neapolis where the coastline is still undeveloped. Village houses in the inland Laconian villages, restorable at accessible prices. Properties around Gytheio with a view to the gulf.
The early-mover region in our territory
If you are a buyer who recognised Mani fifteen years ago and wishes you had moved then, Laconia is the conversation to have now.
